Students are encouraged to advance at their own pace while developing self-esteem in a positive, safe environment.
WHEN ARE CLASSES:
Monday – Thursday from 9:00am-7:30pm
HOW OFTEN ARE CLASSES:
Classes are offered on a monthly basis. All students attend class once a week (except team)
HOW CLASSES ARE DIVIDED:
Class lengths set considering child’s age/attention span. Classes contain varying skill levels / each student progresses at their own rate.
HOW A CLASS RUNS:
Circuits with independent and 1 on 1 teaching stations. Independent stations cover fine to large motor skills and may not look like training to everyone. If you have a question/concern about what your child is working on please don't hesitate to ask!
HOW TO REGISTER FOR A CLASS:
Registration forms need to be re–done every year in Fall and Summer.
WHAT TO WEAR TO CLASS:
Due by week 2 of the session to avoid a late fee.
HUGS Program - Special Needs Program
The HUGS Trampoline and Tumbling program allows an option for athletes with special needs the opportunity to learn Tumbling & Trampoline in a safe and supportive setting.
age 18 months-3 years
This class requires grownup participation, which allows bonding time, as well as focus on motor skills. Toddlers will take turns learning colors, counting, log rolls, forward rolls, beginning trampoline skills and many more age appropriate activities.
30 min class
ages 3-4 years
This class allows child to on their own. Students will learn tuck, pike, and straddle positions, along with forward rolls.
45 min class
age 4-5 years
Designed for students with little to no experience. Students will learn tuck, pike, & straddle positions, along with forward, backward rolls, handstand and cartwheel drills. Students will start beginner trampoline skills
1 hr class
ages 6-7 years
Instructors will implement stations to focus on flexibility, endurance, strength, discipline. Will start progressions and put together routines. Works on tumbling, trampoline and double mini.
1 hr 30 min class
ages 8 years & up
Class is for students with little to some experience who do not want to compete. Will learn tumbling, trampoline and double mini with a focus on flexibility, endurance, strength, discipline, progressions and putting together routines.
2 hr class
BOYS SPORT PREP
Focus on strength, endurance, speed and discipline. Class is all boys. Tumbling, trampoline and double mini.
