As with all YMCA positions we encourage growth within the Y. If you are currently in another department and would like to enhance your work experience, we encourage our staff to pursue further knowledge and training. An adult YMCA membership is free when you join the Y staff team. The Y also provides all staff with CPR certification and ongoing professional development within the area they are working. We are looking for people who enjoy helping others and making connections to solve issues. If you know someone who would be a good fit for our organization please share this information with them!
