In exercise classes, members help each other stay motivated and have fun. From the brand new beginniner to the seasoned exerciser, everyone can create a personal plan that will work. And everyone belongs.

Distance Options:                            28, 53, 64 Mile Cost:

Family Ride 5.75 Miles                     $20 if postmarked by 8/22/2010

Family Ride 12 Miles                        $22 if postmarked 8/23-9/5/2010

Quarter Century 28 Miles                   Family Ride Cost:

Half Century 53 Miles                      $15 if postmarked by 8/22/2010

Metric Century 64 Miles                  $10 for each additional family member.             

Cost includes: Map, T-Shirt, Rest Stop Snacks and Drinks, Sag Wagons and Showers (please bring a towel).

Routes:

Roads are country roads, state highways, mostly flat terrain, some hills. Family rides are all in town roads. All routes are marked with signs and paint.
